Thomas has practiced before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission since 1980 and has specialized in workers’ compensation defense since 1984. His experience includes all aspects of workers’ compensation cases from arbitration through the Appellate Court. He is a past Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Chicago Bar Association.
